Steve … the stadium is being built in Chester, PA, along the banks of the Delaware River, beneath the Commodore Barry Bridge, approximately 16 miles southwest of the stadium complex in South Philadelphia.

hey man… where is the stadium being built in philly??? is it a centralized location near downtown or a suburb area??

As one of the few “recent non-Beckham bandwagon” Galaxy fans from 1996-present, I’m stoked to see other fans excited about their own SSS. When they were building HDC, I would drive by and try to catch a glimpse whenever I could!

So, congrats! That red brick is absolutely awesome. Very unique, very classy!

Rumor has it that the “River End” – aka the Supporters Section – is sold out. That said, it was reported by the team that over 9,200 season tickets have been accounted for. Half of the stadium capacity taken, capping the season tickets at 15,000, and 7 1/2 months until the inaugural match.
