Wow. I am SHOCKED by Nowak’s choices. And not in a good way. He has all this talent at his disposal and he picks all nobodies.

Shocking.

I’m assuming Nowak has big plans for the rest of your roster.

Please be nice to Le Toux. We love him and he’ll always be a Sounder. We are gutted and crushed and heartbroken.

Hopefully you’ll play him at forward, though. He was completely wasted as a winger.

We liked having Ned Grabavoy in Salt Lake and Jason Kreis was very high on his attitude and skills, but with the great midfielders on RSL, Ned did not play that much. I really like him and want to see him get more time on the field. At Phily, Ned can break out and I expect that he will. Good luck in the draft process. And good luck to you as you write about the Union. I am looking forward to reading your posts as the team develops.

Dave – I’m thinking maybe Zimmerman would be a better pick than Petke. Thoughts?

Laurie – As much as I have a man-crush on Frankie, he’s so synonymous with Columbus. I’d feel dirty seeing him wearing a Union shirt.

Josh – Landin is Houston’s DP, is he not? I don’t see Philly swiping another team’s DP (even though his salary is well below the $415k that goes against the cap).

I would have to agree with most of your picks Andy. I am not so sure of Petke, he might be too old and gets burned too often, but he has a loud voice and is a leader for sure.
I might have picked Noonan over Ballouchy. Or Moreno over Garey for better experience up top. But still, good list.
